I made Key Lime Cupcakes the other day and they were very yummy. I got the recipe from this site, but I didn't use their frosting recipe. I kinda fiddles around with that and it came out pretty good. I mixed together4oz softened cream cheese
4 Tbsp softened butter
2 cups powder sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp key Lime Juice
Then after I frosted the cupcakes I sprinkled Lime Jello on top and added lime juice to my water spritzer for scrapbooking and spritzed the tops of the cupcakes to make the lime jello stand out. It was fun and I brought them to a BBQ where they were a big hit.
